Pursuant to d. lgs. no. 196 of June 30, 2003 (“Privacy Code”) and the EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 “on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC” (“GDPR”), this statement describes how Insom&Partners , with registered office in Corso Venezia, 45 – Milan (“Insom&Partners”) processes the personal data of users in relation to the use of the site (“Site”).

Nature of the data processed
Insom&Partners will process the personal data of users who interact with the web services of the Site.

4. the updating, rectification, integration of data, as well as the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed

5. certification that the operations referred to in letter d) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

The interested party, pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code, has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, and the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending promotional communications for carrying out market research.

The Privacy Policy of the Site may be subject to periodic updates.
